About Wilde and Free Wellness
Our Founder
Arabella Wilde is a qualified Level 3 Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Trainer, Chakra Healing Practitioner, Holistic Health Coach and Separation and Divorce Coach.
Proud of her Irish heritage, she draws inspiration from Ireland's rugged coastlines, natural landscapes and ancient healing traditions.
Combining professional expertise with a warm, intuitive and holistic approach, Arabella supports clients through therapeutic massage, Reiki, coaching and wellbeing practices designed to reduce stress, restore balance and encourage personal growth.
